**NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS I believe in the power of the individual to change their own life. I also believe that changing the way we see ourselves, our circumstances, and how our brains work can lead to changing our lives for the better.
As a therapist, I focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and coaching to guide clients through self-realization, self-actualization, and overall behavior changes.
I graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston with a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 2013. My previous experience includes work with retired members of the military, those suffering from substance use disorders and dual diagnoses, and work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, sex addiction, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
